We’re joined by industry expert, Chef Ruben Garcia, to discuss how to establish a creative process, and iterate on a new concept. As the former Creative Director of José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup, Rubén García oversaw the team responsible for award-winning concepts from Washington, DC to New York City to Los Angeles and Miami. As José Andrés’ right hand, García worked on menu development, quality control, special events and promotions and provided leadership to culinary teams. He also helped provide direction for Andrés´ creative projects including television programming, cookbooks and appearances.
